About Us
Our Mission.
Correct2Compete was built on a simple but powerful idea: what if all golfers trained the same way elite athletes do? Tiger Woods was a pretty big driving factor at this time in health and fitness being applied to golf, and he changed the game, but also changed the approach.
Keith Suttle started the company with an idea while working with strength and conditioning programs at the collegiate level and local golf and country clubs to create fitness programs. After earning his Master’s degree in Biomechanics at Ball State University — where he also worked as a Golf Biomechanist and Fitness Specialist — Keith spent years applying everything he learned in strength and conditioning to golfers of all ages and abilities, from 8-year-olds just picking up the game to 80-year-olds still chasing their best round. What he found was that the gap between how golfers trained and how athletes in every other sport trained was enormous — and that closing that gap unlocked real, measurable performance gains.
Before founding C2C, Keith built his coaching foundation across some of the most demanding performance environments in sports. He worked as a Strength and Conditioning assistant with the Chicago Bulls, multiple Universities in the Strength and Condition programs, and trained high-level motor sports drivers and teams at PitFit Training, certified Level 3 TPI – Fitness and Golf Coach and he has coached at multiple golf clubs around the Indianapolis area — each experience sharpening his understanding of what it truly takes to perform athletically under pressure.
Our Philosophy.
We believe in human optimization through coaching and discipline. Everybody is different and has a unique set of issues. No single system tells the whole story. That’s why we don’t rely on just one. Proper coaching and personal discipline are crucial to success.
The C2C philosophy was built by pulling the best from every corner of the performance world and connecting the dots to the golf swing. Functional Movement Screening (FMS) taught us how to assess the body — identifying movement limitations before they become swing flaws or injuries. Biomechanics gave us a precise understanding of force production and how the body’s segments work together to generate power and control. The Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) framework showed us exactly how those physical patterns translate into the golf swing. And decades of coaching science from football, baseball, basketball, softball, and virtually every other sport helped us build practice methods and development models that actually work.
The result is a coaching approach that doesn’t just fix your swing — it builds a better athlete who swings better.
Our belief is simple: Intentional Practice Leads to Trackable Results. We don’t believe in aimless range sessions or one-hour tip lessons that leave you with more questions than answers. We assess where you are, correct what’s holding you back, and train with a purpose — so that you move your best when your best is needed.
Our History.
Correct2Compete was founded in 2011 with a mission to bring a higher standard of golf and athletic performance training to the Indianapolis area. From 2014 to 2026, we built our first location from the ground up — growing it steadily, one athlete and one golfer at a time, until we had filled every inch of it to capacity.
That growth wasn’t an accident. It was the result of coaches who genuinely care, programs that are built around the individual, and a community of golfers and athletes who keep showing up because the process works.
In 2026, we opened our new state-of-the-art facility in Carmel, IN — a space designed from the start to deliver everything we’ve always believed a performance center should be. Under one roof, we now offer elite golf instruction, custom club fitting, golf-specific fitness training, multi-sport athletic performance programs, sports recovery tools for athletes of all ages, and complete player development for competitors at every level, all supported by the best coaches in both golf and fitness.
We’ve helped athletes earn over 176 athletic scholarships. We’ve grown the game of golf through an average of 15,000 training and coaching sessions in each year. And we’re just getting started.
