Operations Manager – Fitness Coach
Kollyn serves as both a Performance Coach and Operations Manager at Correct2Compete, playing a key role in both athlete development and the overall client experience.
Kollyn is a TPI Certified Golf Performance Coach and holds a degree in Kinesiology from Butler University, along with a Master’s in Strategic Communications. This combination of education and training allows him to effectively bridge the gap between performance coaching and clear, client-focused communication.
At Correct2Compete, Kollyn works with a wide range of athletes and golfers through individualized training programs designed to improve strength, mobility, and overall performance. In addition to coaching, he helps manage day-to-day operations, ensuring a smooth and high-quality experience for every client who walks through the doors.
Ben Gruver
Fitness Coach
Ben brings a well-rounded and athlete-focused approach to the Correct2Compete team. A graduate of Marian University (2022) and former collegiate football player, Ben combines real-world athletic experience with a strong educational background.
He holds a degree in Wellness, Nutrition, and Fitness with a minor in Psychology, allowing him to coach both the physical and mental sides of performance. Now in his third year of coaching, Ben works with a wide range of athletes and is especially passionate about helping clients of all ages grow, improve, and reach their full potential.
Ryan Matthews
Golf Coach
Ryan is a dedicated and accomplished golf coach at Correct2Compete, bringing together elite playing experience, advanced technical knowledge, and a strong passion for player development. As a highly competitive golfer, Ryan has firsthand insight into the demands of high-level performance — including course management, consistency, and the mental toughness required to succeed.
Ryan is certified in Sportsbox AI, allowing him to deliver cutting-edge, data-driven swing analysis that helps players better understand and improve their mechanics. He is also trained through the Titleist Performance Institute (TPI), giving him a deep understanding of how the body and swing work together, and how physical limitations or strengths impact performance.
In addition to his technical expertise, Ryan holds multiple adaptive golf certifications, reflecting his commitment to making the game accessible and enjoyable for players of all abilities. His coaching style is inclusive and personalized, ensuring each client receives instruction tailored to their specific needs and goals.
By combining his competitive background, modern technology, and specialized training, Ryan provides a comprehensive coaching experience focused on building confidence, long-term development, and measurable results.
Reece Malapit
Golf Coach
Reece brings a lifelong passion for golf and a competitive background to the Correct2Compete team. She began playing at just six years old, attending junior camps in Muncie, Indiana, and quickly developed a love for the game. By age nine, she was competing regularly and went on to achieve success on the junior circuit, including competing in the Indiana Golf Association (IGA) and earning Junior Player of the Year honors in 2014. She finished her high school career with strong performances at the state level, placing 8th in 2016 and 3rd in 2017.
Reece continued her career at the collegiate level, earning a scholarship to Ball State University before competing at IUPUI. During her time there, she earned a double major in Political Science and Emergency Management, demonstrating both discipline and a strong academic commitment.
She is currently working toward SportsBox AI and TPI certifications, as well as pursuing membership with the PGA of America (PGA), continuing to grow her expertise as a coach.
Reece is passionate about working with golfers of all levels. Her coaching philosophy is centered on building strong relationships, listening to each client’s needs, and delivering personalized instruction. Through structured practice plans and a strong emphasis on short game development, she helps players improve with purpose and confidence.
Harley Kruschwitz
Golf Coach
Harley brings a unique and well-rounded athletic background to the Correct2Compete team. He began playing golf at just eight years old and quickly developed a passion for the game, going on to compete as a nationally ranked junior golfer.
After high school, Harley shifted his focus to soccer, where he earned All-American honors at Manchester University before continuing his career at The Ohio State University. His experience as a multi-sport athlete gives him a deep understanding of performance, competition, and the mental side of sports.
As a PGA Associate, Harley is passionate about coaching and helping golfers grow both on and off the course. He believes that improvement goes beyond swing mechanics — focusing on self-awareness, resilience, and confidence. His approach helps players not only develop their skills, but also better understand themselves and enjoy the game at a higher level.
